Kimberly Parker Hansen

Kimberly Parker Hansen

Founder
Private Wealth: Wealth Manager

After starting her career as a corporate trainer and business manager, Kim realized she was destined to become a financial advisor, like her dad and brother before her. She followed her calling in 1995 when she joined her father at LPL (then called Linsco Private Ledger). Kim subsequently left to work for Morgan Stanley and then UBS Financial Services before returning to her roots at LPL in 2019 and founding her own independent practice, Hansen Wealth Management. She was joined by her son, Tyler, in 2020, who is now carrying on the family's legacy.

Kim was initially drawn to the Wealth Management Industry by the prospect of working with her father. She also saw a need to provide clients with unbiased, personalized service, which became her focus and passion throughout her 26-year career. Kim takes pride in positively impacting the lives of her clients and their families. She also enjoys mentoring the next generation of advisors, like Tyler, and educating interns who are interested in learning about the profession. Kim also finds great fulfillment in the entrepreneurial nature of her position.

Originally from New Jersey, her family moved to Las Vegas in 1978, where she has lived most of her life. Kim and her husband, Don, have two children, Tyler, 35, a Wealth Strategist at VersiFi, and Courtney, 27, who operates PowerHour360, a successful fitness studio in suburban WA owned by Kim and Don. They also have seven grandchildren, whom they adore and love spending time with. In addition, two Goldendoodles named Bailey and Chloe complete their family.

Engaged in her community, Kim is a Board Member of the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, a KAWG Women’s Entrepreneur Group member, and active in the prayer ministry at her church, Awaken Las Vegas. In addition, she dedicates time to family and friends, staying physically fit, and practicing her faith.

Kim majored in Business and Economics at UNLV and holds series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses through LPL Financial, including Nevada Life and Health Insurance licenses.

JoAnn Romero

JoAnn Romero

Private Wealth: Operations

Unlike many of her colleagues, JoAnn did not choose a career in wealth management, it chose her. After several years working in the medical field, JoAnn came to the realization that her career had plateaued. An advisor from one of the doctor's offices that she managed offered her a position at Smith Barney, and she found her calling. After two decades, JoAnn remains grateful for that chance meeting which launched her career in the financial industry.

After two years at Smith Barney, JoAnn took a position at UBS Financial, where she spent most of her career working with clients and advisors, training support staff, and eventually became a vital member of the UBS leadership team and relocated to Las Vegas. In 2017, JoAnn joined LPL Financial as a Registered Administrative Assistant, where she continues her role and functions as Operations Manager at VersiFi.

Jo Ann grew up in Southern California and moved to Las Vegas in 2008 with her husband Jon, an IT project manager. Her personal interests include spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking.

JoAnn holds series 7 and 66 licenses through LPL Financial.
