Trish Arnold is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and the co-founder of SAGE Financial Partners. As a Financial Advisor she holds her Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Life Insurance.

Trish works with both Private Clients and Business Retirement Plans. She provides services to those who lack the time, inclination, or resources to manage their investments. Day in and day out, she assists people in crafting comprehensive financial plans that span a lifetime. Whether it involves creating a family budget, preparing for a college education, or meticulously planning retirement income, Trish adeptly guides clients through the daunting task of present and future financial planning. As an independent advisor, Trish delivers unbiased advice and custom investment strategies that cater to individual client needs.

Trish brings a strong commitment to assisting individuals in planning for their retirement plans as well as using her expertise to develop tailored strategies. By understanding clients' risk tolerance, time horizon, and goals, she constructs programs that balance investment strategies and capital preservation.

Trish is a 401k Fiduciary Advisor who specializes in guidance on managing 401(k) retirement plans. As a fiduciary with a legal obligation to act in the best interests of plan participants and beneficiaries, Trish offers invaluable support to employers and employees. She assists with selecting appropriate investments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and educating employees about available retirement savings options. Helping maximize benefits and outcomes for attending employees regarding both performance monitoring; plus advice on design optimization - Trish plays a key role in long-term financial stability.

In 2020, Trish was joined by her son, Jay Arnold, who also became a Licensed Financial Advisor. Together, they established SAGE Financial Partners. They work closely with clients, evaluating opportunities and positioning them to reap the rewards of carefully planned strategies, thereby constructing a solid financial foundation for the future.

Trish pursued her education at the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2000 with a BA in Business Administration. In her leisure time, Trish has many interests, including fun cars, spending time at their 2nd home in Cayucos, getting her hands dirty playing with her plants, and constantly looking for the next crafty project. 

She also cherishes moments with her husband, Tony, as well as family and friends and adores their many grandchildren.

Jay's journey into the financial planning industry was influenced by his mother, Trish, who inspired him to make a leap and change his career path in 2019. His genuine desire to help others is evident in his unwavering commitment to positively impacting people's lives, no matter how small.

When he's not busy assisting his clients, Jay enjoys his favorite sport, basketball. He also values taking the time to slow down and connect with nature, as he has discovered a newfound love for exploring the outdoors since moving to Auburn, CA with his fiancé Tiané. He is also an active member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and a part of Leadership Auburn's class of 2023. Jay also dedicates his time to coaching baseball and basketball, fostering a sense of teamwork and discipline in his three wonderful boys.

As a Client Relationship Manager, Stacy excels in building strong connections with clients, understanding their unique financial needs, and helps support their advisors to assist them with their financial goals.

In her free time, Stacy enjoys various hobbies that enrich her life. She spends quality time with her many plants, continuously adding more exotic beauties to her collection of foliage. She loves hosting dinner parties where you could count on playing Skip-Bo, a card game that provides hours of competitive fun, to be a main event.  She also finds tranquility in kayaking in the abundant lakes of Shasta County where she calls home. 

Stacy's compassionate nature extends beyond her immediate circle. She dedicates her time to volunteering at her church and financially helps support children in third world countries through her partnership with Child Fund International.

What we expect from our clients:

  1. Your business is our top priority! We ask that you return our phone calls and paperwork in a timely manner. 
  2. Communicate with us...including complaints. If there is an issue on something, please let us know. We can’t read minds!
  3. Please be available for an annual review. Whether we are ’up’ or ’down’, we think you deserve to hear how you’re doing in an annual client meeting. We prefer to have this face-to-face, but when necessary, we are happy to meet virtually or on the phone.
